Virtual Education at DPHMS
Virtual education using our online tools will begin on Tuesday, September 8, 2020. Scholars will need access to a computer with a keyboard and a camera. You can stay up-to-date by following us on Instagram or Twitter!
Scholars should start each day by logging into Clever and accessing Google classroom to review the assignments for each day. Teachers will be available daily for office hours to answer scholar questions via Zoom.

CLEVER
Clever provides access to many online learning tools including Google Classroom, Edulastic, and more. Start by logging in with the scholar’s DP email and password. If your child is having trouble logging in, please contact your scholar’s advisor directly (see link above).
GOOGLE CLASSROOM
Log in to Google Classroom with the scholar’s DP email and password. Assignments will be posted regularly through Google Classroom. Students will also need to turn work in on Google Classroom. If your scholar is unable to log in, please contact your scholar’s advisor.
JUPITER ED
Scholars and families can log in to Jupiter Ed with their own log-in information. Scholars’ grades will continue to be updated here regularly with at least two grades per week. If you or your scholar is unable to log in, please contact your scholar’s advisor or complete a support request HERE.
ACCELERATED READER
Accelerated Reader is a computer-based program that schools may use to monitor reading practice and progress. Scholars take short reading practice quizzes on AR after reading a book to check if they’ve understood it. Log in to Accelerated Reader with the scholar’s AR account. If scholars have forgotten their username, they should contact their school librarian.
IXL
IXL is a great platform scholars are familiar with and have used at school. Scholars can log in to IXL through the Clever portal and practice ELA, Math, Science, and Social Studies standards. Please reach out to your scholars’ teachers for specific standards to focus on.

Edulastic is a digital assessment platform that offers customizable assessment items, standards-aligned reports, and teacher-to-student feedback tools.
